Wedding Booth Experience Flow
Pre-Ceremony
We arrive early to set everything up before guests begin arriving, making sure the booth is fully ready and seamlessly styled for your wedding day.
(Recommended setup: 1–2 hours before the ceremony)
Cocktail Hour
As guests mingle and settle in, the booth opens for the first round of candid moments, group photos, and instant keepsakes.
(Example: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM)
Dinner & Speeches
We briefly pause booth activity during key moments so your guests can stay present for speeches, dinner, and special announcements.
(Example: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM)
Reception & Dancing
Once the dance floor opens, the booth comes back to life, capturing celebrations, late-night laughs, and all the fun throughout the evening.
End Of Night
After the event, we quietly handle takedown and deliver your full digital gallery within 24 hours so you can relive every moment again.
